From early research and strategy to pixel-perfect prototypes, I love bringing ideas to life.
With over 10 years of experience in both fast-paced startups and large corporate environments, I’ve spent the last 5 years leading and mentoring designers, fostering growth and sharing knowledge.
When I’m not designing, you’ll find me deep in a book or exploring the outdoors—I’m an avid runner, hiker, and endurance athlete, having completed multiple thru-hikes and ultramarathons.

Drive UX design, research, and strategy for Asurion’s customer-facing claims portal, improving user experience and business outcomes.
Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, fostering growth, and ensuring high-quality design execution.
Currently leading the design of a tiered subscription service, a new product construct for Asurion. Played a key role in early future-vision work, research, and stakeholder alignment, and now overseeing the end-to-end execution, including communications, marketing pages, user accounts, onboarding, and claims flow. Partnering closely with product, engineering, and leadership to launch quickly, enabling real-world testing, learning, and iteration.
Spearheaded a redesign of the claims system as part of a platform migration, creating a configurable, reusable framework that enables rapid client onboarding with minimal development effort. This resulted in faster claim completion times and a higher NPS score, enhancing both efficiency and customer satisfaction.
HCA Healthcare
Senior UX Designer (Dec 2018 – May 2021)
Responsible for UX design, research, and strategy of a hospital patient portal application.
Led a small team of designers, ensuring all work is done on time with quality, mentoring and providing feedback, and gathering and defining requirements, scope, KPI’s, and estimates for all team projects.
Led design efforts for the release of a new iOS and Android mobile application.
Worked with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to prioritize, design and build new features for both mobile and web applications.
Facilitated design workshops with stakeholders and internal team members.
Worked with design leadership to evaluate new design and organizational tools, update our sprint processes and meeting cadence, and determine pain points and opportunities within our way of managing and executing design work.

Responsible for user experience and user interface design of custom iOS and Android applications and web embeds for festivals and events.
Led an effort to integrate research and usability testing into Aloompa’s design process.
Worked as part of a scrum team to create, test, and deliver new features quickly.
